Team Combat

OVERVIEW: This dynamic team building program gives participants a
chance to work together in a fun, active and participative environment! Teams will be challenged to collaborate, utilize leadership skills and communication while working on a community outreach project and giveback to soldiers!

OBJECTIVE: Group problem solving activities, creative tasks, trivia and puzzles (think the Hit TV Show ‘Minute to Win It’) are just a few types of challenges the teams must complete in order to obtain their care package. Once the team completes all the challenges, they will pick up their care package at our commissary to fill up their team’s box. Items included cover a large variety of toiletries, books, dried food, cookies and candy, batteries, music, clothing, Ziploc bags, games, beverages, and other snacks which will be used to fill the boxes to the top.  The teams will also create a signed card to include in their package.

The completed care package will be packed up, sealed and delivered directly to the Forgotten Soldiers Outreach, a non-profit organization that sends care packages and letters of encouragement to soldiers who don’t have the means to receive anything from back home.

We also partner with Orlando VA Medical Center – HUD VASH Peer Support and Second Harvest Food Bank who will assist in the dissemination of the boxes and caps to local veterans. We’ll handle all of the logistics, communications and details related to working with the organization and will have all the food and goods delivered to the recipients.

This is a great program that allows you to have fun, build new relationships and give back to the US Military. It will take a team effort by all!
