Who says learning has to be dull?  Susan is our resident “islander”, who brings a high energy, Caribbean flavor to her passion for adult education.  With a background in experiential education, Susan travels internationally designing and facilitating active learning opportunities to create change for individual, team and organizational growth.  Susan brings a unique biracial perspective and cultural sensitivity to every client interaction she has, and after attaining her black belt in SEIDO karate at the age of 17, Sempai Susan adopted Helen Keller’s famous quote as her own.. “Life is a daring adventure… or not at all.”

Although he probably shouldn’t say this in his bio, he’s learned at least as much from thousands of clients over the years as he has ever taught them!
